What I offer I provide individual mathematics and physics tutoring in Westchester county for all high school and college mathematics and physics classes and all standardized exams, including SAT, ACT, Regents, AP, GRE and GMAT exams. I teach concepts, problem solving techniques and specific strategies aimed at improving scores on the various standardized exams. Each student is unique and I adjust the pace and structure of the tutoring sessions to the individual strengths and weaknesses of my students. Locations and times of tutoring sessions are flexible. We can meet at your home, at a Westchester public library, or at another quiet location. Please ask about multihour, multistudent and prepayment discounts.
About me I have a PhD in mathematics from The University of Michigan, have been a research mathematician for thirty-five years and have taught undergraduate and graduate level courses in mathematics, computer science and engineering at The University of Michigan, Iona College, Pace University, SUNY Purchase, Polytechnic University and Fordham University. I have successfully tutored many students throughout Westchester County in math and physics and for every standardized exam.
